Ingredients
150 g sugar
1 compote of apricots
1 lemon
300 g cream
2 egg whites
100 g sugar
2 tbsp liqueur of your choice
Method
Drain apricots juice, peel them and mixer break them with lemon juice and sugar. Add cream and liqueur shattered. Beat the egg whites with the quantity of sugar and carefully add to other products. Pour the mixture into a suitable container and freeze it.
