Arabic garlic cream sauce

Ingredients
4-5 cloves garlic
1/3 cup sunflower oil
salt
small briar citric acid or lemon juice 1/2
1-2 tbsp thick yoghurt
Method
Crush the garlic with the salt of kashitsa. Gradually add spoon by spoon the oil and keep stirring until a thick porridge. Add citric acid or fresh lemon juice. Add the yogurt and mix well. You should get a thick cream.
