Aromatic beef fillet

Ingredients
500 g beef fillet
3 pickles
50 g butter
50 g ketchup
1 tsp flour
1-2 chilies
paprika, black pepper, salt

Method
The meat is cleaned by fat and sinews, cut into strips and fry in heated butter. Add the diced cucumber and chopped chillies. Stir and sprinkle with flour, then with paprika, bay with 4-5 tbsp voda and ketchup. Add salt, sprinkle with pepper and boil a few minutes on low heat until the fat remains dish.

Mmm, big yummy! Thanks for the recipe. Instead chillies and tomato ketchup used spaghetti sauce and a Bulgarian chutney made from eggplants and peppers, which is produced for chain stores in America and which regularly buy.
