Artichokes wine

Ingredients
4 sterilized artichokes
1 onion
40 g salo
30 g butter
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
1/2 clove garlic
1 pepper
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Diced salo is melted, add the butter, chopped onion, garlic and parsley and fry. The mixture is poured wine and 1 tbsp (10 ml) of water, add the artichokes, spices and stew under a lid for 15 minutes.
