Asian chicken liver

Ingredients
500 g chicken livers
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp garlic
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
1-2 tbsp sunflower oil from roasted sesame
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp fresh coriander

Method
Clean livers and cut them into quarters. Put them in salted water to boil. During this time, mix in a bowl the remaining products to prepare the sauce in advance chop finely garlic and coriander. Stir. When the water boils, lower it previously put in a metal basket or strainer livers, cook them 2 minutes and remove. Add the livers to the sauce and mix well. Serve with chopsticks or a fork. You can use the sauce and salad dressing, or steamed vegetables or fish.
