Ingredients
200 g vermicelli
100 g grated pistachios
5 tbsp starch
2 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp rosewater
1/2 cup milk
# For the syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water

Method
Starch is dissolved in 1/2 cup cold water. Dry milk dissolved in 2 cups of water and boil. Add rose water and boil once thickened with starch. Fidel pour a little sunflower oil, breaks slightly, put it in aluminum shapes and bake 3-4 minutes on high heat. Then in the form put cream on top put another roasted vermicelli and dessert from the form. Bay with sugar syrup, sprinkle with pistachios and served.

I want to ask can you dry milk dissolved in the water to be replaced by fresh milk? Looks pretty tasty.
