Starch is dissolved in 1/2 cup cold water. Dry milk dissolved in 2 cups of water and boil. Add rose water and boil once thickened with starch. Fidel pour a little sunflower oil, breaks slightly, put it in aluminum shapes and bake 3-4 minutes on high heat.
