Avocado Crab (Avocats au crabe)

Ingredients
125 g crab meat (maybe canned)
2 avocados
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 peak. Parsley
pepper
pepper
salt
# For the mayonnaise:
1 yolk
250 ml sunflower oil
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
Method
Fruits Avocado halve, the kernels are removed, and then spoon carving and part of the core, so that to form a basket. The material of the hollowed core was cut into small pieces, mixed with half of the lemon juice, pepper, salt, chopped crab and stirred until homogeneous. Prepare mayonnaise from those products. Avocado baskets were filled with the resulting mixture and it was covered with a mayonnaise. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and paprika. Serve very cold.
