Avocado Shrimp

Ingredients
1 avocado
50 g Caesar sauce or some other mayonnaise based
50 g frozen shrimp or 30 g marinated shrimp
pepper
lemon juice
Method
Avocados are bisects. Remove the stone and carving. Sprinkle with lemon juice to not darken. Hollowed part creases or cut. If shrimp are frozen put in a bowl with a little salt and 1 tbsp white wine or beer and then in the microwave for 2 minutes at maximum power, then removed from the sauce. When cool add the sauce of mayonnaise based, pepper and a little lemon juice. Mix and full avocados.
