Back-belyashi

Ingredients
# For the dough:
250 g margarine
2 cup buttermilk or kefir
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
6 cups flour (approximately)
# For the filling:
700 g minced meat
1 kg potatoes
5 onions
salt, pepper, spices, bay leaf

Method
Involved soft dough products. Minced meat, chopped potatoes and onions (raw) are confused with spices. Dough rips balls (should go about 23), while processed covered with nylon. Each ball is rolled - circle in the center put 1 tbsp full stuffing (butter optional) and fold and form the walls and in the middle left hole. Bake 40-50 minutes at 170-180C. 5 minutes before pulling them out of the oven add 1 tsp Dafinova water (steamed is 5-6 bay leaf in a glass).

CORNISH PASTY looks like they only make them in another form without the hole. Looks delicious :)
