Ingredients
1 kg salo
1 kg pork lung
1 kg pork liver
1 kg pig hearts
2 onions
1/2 cup Rice
1tbsp pork lard
ground pepper
7-8 Allspice
savory
thick pork intestines
salt
Method
Insides boil in salted water and chop finely. Salo is cut without boil. Chop the onion finely and fry. Add the cleaned and washed rice and also fry. Pour a little broth from cooked giblets and once the rice absorb it, the mixture is removed from the fire. Mix with chopped giblets and salo, seasoned with spices. With so prepared mixture is filled intestines, washed thoroughly with water and inverted several water jet. Tied with thread and prick in several places with a needle. Boil on low heat in salted water. If the fire is strong threatened to crack. Finished bahur drain and store in a cool place suspended.
