Baked broccoli or cauliflower

Ingredients
500 g of broccoli or cauliflower
500 g minced meat
2-3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 onion
2 pinches of dill seed
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
1 tbsp red pepper
salt
pepper
100 g cheese
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
Baked broccoli or cauliflower

Method
Broccoli or cauliflower are put in hot salted water and cook for 15-20 minutes. Drain the water and tear into small florets. In the oil fry the chopped onion and when it obtains a golden color add the minced meat. Stir become of grains. Add red pepper, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce, fennel seeds and cumin. Minced meat is poured into a tray top rank florets of broccoli or cauliflower and pour milk and beaten eggs. Put it in a hot oven at 250 ° C and bake for 30 minutes. Remove, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake only upper wire to red. Can be served with yoghurt, flavored with garlic and parsley.

made it into the 30 cm. pan, but my broccoli left to protrude above the topping so I had to make another half dose of it. Maybe we less pan to cover everything. Degrees also slowed to 220 since brokolote (not protruded) began to tan.
