Baked jam, plum

Ingredients
5 kg or less free of stones ripe plums
2.5 kg sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
2 cup water
1/3 cup rum or brandy
1 packet of cinnamon

Method
Washed and cleaned by stoning plums are placed in a large enameled pan, sprinkle with sugar and let stand several hours. Then scatter with mixed vinegar and water and bake until the syrup thickens (drop dropped onto a porcelain plate not to spill). Sprinkle with cinnamon, mixed and loose hot dry jars. Once the jam cool completely, top Pour 1-2 tbsp rum or brandy. Jars covered with cellophane and tie. Keep in a cool place. Possibly may be closed with caps and sterilized for about 10 minutes. I bake it in the oven. Shooting I have to bake completely take 2 and a half hours from the inclusion of the stove. The taste is incredible.
