Baked Mackerel - II type

Ingredients
1 large mackerel
mustard
cheese
50 ml sunflower oil
50 ml wine
pepper
dill
salt
Method
Mackerel is cleaned and washed under running water. Blot dry and rub with salt and pepper and add some chopped dill in. Stand for both 30 and 60 minutes, and then is coated with a slightly diluted with water mustard. The fish is placed on a baking tray and sprinkle with grated cheese. Add the oil, wine and 50 ml water, optional can be added and a few drops of soy sauce. Bake in a moderate oven for about 20-25 minutes.
