Baked Omelette

Ingredients
4 eggs
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp butter
100 g cheese
100 g of ham, bacon or sausage of your choice
parsley
salt
pepper
Method
Beat 4 egg yolks with 2 equal spoons of flour, salt and pepper. Beat the egg whites to snow and add them to the egg yolks. Pour the mixture into the heated pan, greased with 1 teaspoon butter, and then fry. Then put in the oven omelet. Hardening and above, remove it, sprinkle it with grated cheese or finely chopped ham, fold it and cut it in two. Serve warm omelets sprinkled with parsley.

Pour the mixture into the heated pan, greased with 1 teaspoon oil and then fry. Put then the omelet in the oven? Am I missing something here or is confused recipe?

baking pan is used first as a pan - oiled and on the stove, it is zapaarzhva omelet. Then the same pan used as baking dish in the oven. The same effect will occur with individual vessels, if the pan is lightly buttered and pan with non-stick coating and the content can be easily transferred to the pan.
