Baked pork and potatoes

Ingredients
1 kg cooked, diced potatoes
500 g pork
200 g cheese
# TOPPING:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
250 ml milk
100 ml cream Cooking
salt, pepper, sauce uni
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Method
Potatoes lightly fried and sprinkled with pikantina. Spread glass pan with butter and arrange half the potatoes. Pork cut into julienne and flavored with uni sauce, then fry until golden brown. Put it on the potatoes, dusted with grated cheese and top put the remaining potatoes. The butter fry, put the flour and fry until reddish. Add milk and stir to not get lumpy. Add the cream and spices. Pour sauce baked with beshameloviya top and sprinkle breadcrumbs. Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated 220 C oven. Apart from the oven, the dish is sprinkled with a little cheese and allow to melt.
