Baked potato with cottage cheese

Ingredients
1,5 kg potatoes
400 g cottage cheese
50 g butter
200 g yogurt
2 onions
100 g carrots
1 bunch basil
1 bunch dill
1-2 cloves garlic
cumin
salt
Method
Peeled potatoes halve lengthwise and arrange in a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and cumin and the top cut pieces butter. Baked on a hot oven. The cottage cheese is mixed with yogurt and add finely crushed fennel and basil. The cleaned onion cut into cubes and, together with the crushed garlic are added to the mixture. Add and chopped carrots. With a well-stirred mixture is poured into the tray stacked potatoes. Again bake.

To bake faster and become more juicy, turn the potatoes in aluminum foil.
