Bakery cherry pie

Ingredients
2 eggs
170 g butter
70 g of powdered sugar
20 g yeast
350 g flour
80 g breadcrumbs
50 ml milk
150 g granulated sugar

Method
The yeast was suspended in lukewarm milk. Add the powdered sugar, egg yolks, macerate butter and flour and kneaded dough was allowed to stand gives hours. Then spread in a greased with butter and sprinkled with flour baking dish and bake until golden color. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cover with cherries, rolled in about 1/3 of granulated sugar. Cake covered with egg whites, broken with the remaining sugar hard snow. Put it back in the oven and bake until the glaze to harden slightly and turn pink.
