Bakery pudding

Ingredients
500 g of dry bread
400 g sugar
100 g raisins
6 eggs
1 liter milk
1 vanilla
1 apple

Method
Bread is crushed and put in a pan greased with butter. Milk is heated with sugar and raisins. Stir until melted sugar. Everything is poured over the bread. Once the mixture soak grated apple. Pour in beaten eggs, vanilla and remaining sugar. Bake 20-30 minutes at 220-230 ° C

Desi, I do something similar, use bread crumbs and bake before you water them. And going with biscuits. Very nice recipe, bravo!

Today I watched for some cable TV similar recipe, but instead of using bread PANETONE - Italian Easter cake. Very nice camp.

As I remember now, I think that can be done with poizsahnal cake.
