Bakery sponge cake

Ingredients
50 g raisins
250 g flour
3-4 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
2 tbsp butter
6 tbsp milk
egg 1
20 g yeast
1 tbsp grated lemon peel

Method
First, the raisins are soaked in water well. During this time in a bowl pour the flour, sugar, salt, macerate butter, warm milk and egg. Top is crushed yeast. Mix everything in a blender until a smooth mixture. Add drained raisins and lemon zest. The whole was stirred again, and then was allowed to rise for about 30 minutes. Place in a pan cake, greased with butter and leave to rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 180-190 S.

I started to do it with confidence and put raisins.He took the hand that happened!But at least I put 10-11s.l milk.And sugar should be doubled.

In my cake did not get. I do not know where the problem was, but not rushed.

In the beginning cake rushed very well, but 10on minutes after it pulled out of hurnata dropped. Looked very bad, but it was quite tasty
