Baklava

Ingredients
2 again. (800 g) fine sheet
4 eggs
650 g sugar
1 cup (200 ml) sunflower oil
1 cup (200 g) flour
125 g butter
200 g walnuts
1 tsp (5 g) cinnamon
baking powder 1
2 vanilla powder

Method
The butter melts and half is placed on the bottom of the tray. Lining is half sheet. Beat eggs, 1 cup (200 g) of sugar, the oil, flour, cinnamon and baking powder. To the mixture was added and chopped walnuts, mix well, and the mixture is poured onto trays. Put the remaining pastry. Watered top with the rest of the butter. Bake in a moderate oven. Boil the syrup of sugar mainstream, 100-150 ml water and vanilla. When cool baklava, cut into rhomboids and pour hot syrup.

Baklava is very tasty, but where is the syrup must at least 4 cups water and more sugar - otherwise it dry.
