Banana bread

Ingredients
300 g flour raising agent (maybe wholemeal)
1 tsp cinnamon
140 g brown sugar
125 ml milk
2 eggs
50 g butter
2-3 ripe or overripe bananas

Method
Flour mixed with cinnamon and sugar. Milk, eggs, melted and slightly cooled butter and bananas pre Crumpled beat with mixer. Banana mixture is poured into the flour and stir with a spoon gently, just until evenly mixed. Thus prepared mixture is poured into the greased and covered with cooking paper rectangles (bread) size 11h21 cm. Bake in preheated 180 C oven for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick stuck into the center comes out clean. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes in the form, then removed and allowed to cool. Cut into slices and can be served alone or toast with butter and jam or sweet optional.
