Banana muffins

Ingredients
1 cup milk
8 tbsp pork lard
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
42 g fresh yeast
4 and 1/2 cup flour
vanilla sugar
1-2 bananas
1 egg for egg wash
1 cup sugar for sprinkling
Method
Yeast dissolved in lukewarm milk with 2 tbsp sugar. Eggs are broken with the remaining sugar and vanilla sugar. They add the milk with yeast, melted lard and flour. Knead the dough, cover with a cloth and leave for 30 minutes to rest. Roll out thinly and cut into rectangles 4x6 cm. Bananas are cut polukragcheta. In each rectangle is placed a piece of banana and turns. Arranged on a tray covered with parchment paper. Coated with beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a preheated 220 ° C oven for about 20 minutes.
