Banana Napoleon

Ingredients
3 sheets filo pastry
30-40 g butter
30-40 g of honey
# For the vanilla cream:
300 ml milk
3 eggs
6 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp starch
1 vanilla
# For caramelized bananas:
2 bananas
2-3 tbsp brown sugar
2-3 pinches of cinnamon
2-3 drops of rum or rum 1 tbsp
30 g butter
Method
Eggs and sugar for vanilla cream crash in a bowl and add the starch. Stir until a smooth mixture. Milk becomes heated, remove from heat and add it to egg-starch mixture and gradually stir. Great recipe, bravo!

BRIDA, what are the peel? Homemade rolled or finished? I liked the recipe. Now comes to my mind that the peel can be replaced with biscuits for faster :)
