Banana pudding

Ingredients
70 g butter
1/4 cup (50 g) sugar
2 eggs
4 bananas
1 tbsp (10 ml) lemon juice
200 g breadcrumbs
400 ml pineapple juice
1 cup coconut flour

# Sauce:
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) red wine
3 tsp (15 g) starch
2 cloves
piece cinnamon
sugar
Method
The butter, sugar and egg yolks are broken foam. Bananas are creased, add the lemon juice and mix with froth yolks. Stirring continuously, add pineapple juice, coconut flour and breadcrumbs. Whip with a little sugar on hard snow and carefully added to the total mixture. Everything is poured into an oiled form pudding and bake in preheated moderate oven for 30-40 minutes. 1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) of water and half wine boiled with spices. The rest of the wine is diluted starch and sauce thickens it. Season with sugar. Pudding served cold or warm awash with sauce. Instead sauce of red wine, gravy can be used champagne.
