Banichan dough * Number 300 *

Ingredients
about 1 kg of flour
egg 1
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vinegar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 full tbsp lard
50 g butter
about 400 ml lukewarm water
stuffing of your choice
Method
Of flour, egg, salt, vinegar, 2 tbsp sunflower oil and lukewarm water knead the dough usually Banichan. Start meseneto. Have at least 300 times to pass through the hands. The dough becomes smooth, soft, elastic, with blisters. Divide into 8 large pieces and each piece of 3 balls - get 24 balls. Each ball is brushed with soft mass. Put them one on another 3 balls. Lightly pressed. Leave on floured surface and cover with a towel. Rested for half an hour. Each triple ball rolled into rectangular crust length of rectangular tray, sprinkle with heated sunflower oil, is folded in half, sprinkle again with heated sunflower oil and spread the filling. Wound on a roll and place in greased pan. Cut into 4-5 pieces. On each piece of put a little butter. The banitsa bake in a moderate oven. Becomes very fragile.

Mmm. Toy, but certainly worth it. Seems to be delicious.

It is not complicated and difficult. Naturally, not as fast as with the finished sheets, but worth it!

quarrel is, but I'm looking from long recipe for cheese pastry, so surely will do as soon as possible.
