Banitsa apricots

Ingredients
500 g fine filo pastry sheets
750 g apricots
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
raisins
1/2 cup sunflower oil
Method
Apricots are washed, dried, cleaned of stones and cut into thin slices. Add the walnuts, breadcrumbs, sugar, cinnamon and raisins. The mixture is stirred gently. Phyllo is lightly smeared with sunflower oil and stick two. At the heart of the long side put part of the filling. Sheet wound rolls and arrange in a greased with sunflower oil rectangular tray. Top is sprayed with sunflower oil and the banitsa bake in a moderate oven. Once cool, cut and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
