Banitsa cherries

Ingredients
500 g flour
salt
sugar
300 g cherries
powdered sugar
sunflower oil
Method
Kneaded dough of flour, salt and water - as necessary. The dough is divided into two parts and roll it into sheets, which are coated with a little sunflower oil and allow to freeze. Then re-rolled, one is put in greased baking dish, top put cherries (Pitted) sprinkled with sugar and put them on the second crust. By roast cut into pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

How are rolled frozen pastry? Perhaps you mean when thawed then be rolled out again?
