Banitsa ham

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
# For the filling:
125 g butter
500 g yogurt
1/2 tsp soda
400 g ham
3 eggs
salt
pepper
# TOPPING :
3 eggs
50 g cheese
Method
The butter is melted and hot added to yogurt and soda. Half sheets arrange in a greased rectangular tray, each line is smeared with milk mixture. Place stuffing made from finely chopped ham, mixed with egg, salt and pepper. On the filling line up other sheet, each row is brushed with milk mixture. Cut into squares, pour in beaten eggs, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake.
