Banitsa meat and potatoes

Ingredients
300 g flour
3/4 cup Water
pinch of salt
200 ml sunflower oil
# For the filling:
1.5 kg potatoes
2 onions
5 eggs
300 g minced meat (or sausage)
mint
salt
pepper
Method
The potatoes are grated and mix with the meat finely chopped onion and mint, eggs, salt, pepper and some of the fat. Flour, salt and water knead dough that is rolled sheets 2 - large and small. In a greased pan put great crust. On her pour the filling, bends and edges pour fat. Cover with a little crust and sprinkle fat. Bake in a moderate oven.
