Banitsi florets

Ingredients
4-5 eggs
300-400 g feta cheese
400 g yogurt (maybe less)
1 tsp baking soda
1-2 tbsp flour
1/2 tea cup . melted butter or sunflower oil
500 g of finely rolled sheets
Banitsi florets

Method
Into a suitable container with a fork crush the feta cheese, add eggs and mix. Soda put in yogurt and effervescent added to the egg mixture. And add the flour and stir well. Add the melted butter and mix until a uniform mixture. On one wafer is placed part of the filling on top is placed second crust and filling again - so rank 5-6 peel. They rolled and with a sharp knife cut into pieces 5-6 cm in length. In an oiled tray rank finished rolls with the cut side up, almost together. Top sprinkle 2-3 tbsp melted butter.
