Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
6 hard-boiled eggs
1 onion
1 tbsp butter
350 g mushrooms
1 bunch parsley
Method
Puff pastry spread and lightly rolled. It makes circles. In the butter fry the onions and mushrooms. In the middle of the circle is placed less than one whole and the mixture boiled egg and covered with another circle, by abutting with a fork at the end. Spread top with egg yolk. Bake in preheated oven at 200-220 C. Serve hot.
