Basic dark sauce for grilled meats

Ingredients
3 tbsp (30 g) of roasted meat sauce
2 cup (400 ml), strong broth or 1 cup (200 ml) on a meat sauce and 1 cup (200 ml) of water
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
2 tbsp (20 g) fat
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
caraway
salt
1 clove garlic
1 tsp (5 g) sugar

Method
Sauce of roast meat diluted with broth or base for sauces and hot water. Sugar is caramelized and pour the sauce diluted. Prepare a light roux of fat and flour and add to the red pepper, diluted meat sauce and powdered garlic with a little salt and caraway. The sauce boil on low heat in a water bath for about 15 minutes.
