Ingredients
500 g homemade filo pastry or trimmings
butter or margarine
salt
cheese
Method
Large Teflon pan is coated with plenty of butter or margarine. Bottom is covered with clippings from homemade filo pastry previously dipped briefly in salted hot water. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Top put a second layer of sheet, dipped in the water, put in a few places lumps of cow butter, feta cheese, etc. Total must be received four layers of sheet.Put the pan on the stove, in the beginning bake at high heat. Once browned pastry bottom with a spatula turns to brown, and on the other side. * A filo pastry sheets enough to make a few number banitsi.
