Bavarian cake

Ingredients
6 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup cleaned and chopped apples
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 - 1 cup flour
1 baking powder
Method
Beat with mixer the eggs with the sugar until thick foam. Add apples, cinnamon, the walnuts and flour sifted with baking powder. Stir gently with a wooden spoon and pour into a greased and sprinkled with flour pan. Bake at 200 C. cake can be made with other fruits or drained fruit compote or jam.
