Ingredients
100 g white poultry
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp flour
egg 1
3 tbsp beer
salt
pepper
parsley
sunflower oil
Method
The meat is cut into narrow pieces with a thickness of 4-5 cm. Sprinkle with sunflower oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and stand 2-3 hours. PANIC pieces marinated in a paste made from egg, beer and flour and fry. Serve warm. In the paste can be added optional sesame, parsley and others.
