Ingredients
500 g blood sausage
600 g beans
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
Method
Beans and sliced blood sausage are placed in earthenware pot. Pour in the oil and a little water and simmer until ready. If the blood sausage podsoli not enough beans, finally add salt to taste.
