Beans in Kazanlak
Ingredients
300 g beans
1/2 cup (100 ml) sunflower oil
2-3 onions
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
parsley
savory
salt

Method
Beans soak in cold water for 8-10 hours. Boil in cold water together with part of the oil, paprika and chopped onion. Salt after tender nipples. Separately, heat the remaining sunflower oil, in it a part of the cooked beans, crushed well and fry. Diluted with some of the water in which it is boiling. He is back in the pan and simmer for a few minutes. Finally, sprinkle with parsley and savory.
