Ingredients
400 g veal liver
1 lemon
1-2 cloves garlic
1 tsp paprika
3-4 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
salt
pepper

Method
The liver is washed and cleaned from the skins. Cut into pieces 1 cm thick, put it in a bowl and add all other products. Mix well and bake at BBQ or grill pan.
