Ingredients
750 g of meat
fat
5-6 tbsp flour
2 tbsp vinegar
red pepper, black pepper, salt
a few cloves of garlic
butter
Method
Cut the meat into chunks and boil it in 5-6 cups of salted water. Remove the cooked meat and strain broth. Fry the flour with fat and dilute broth with roux. Add vinegar with crushed garlic. Allow the sauce to boil 5 minutes. Serve sprinkled with Overdone butter with paprika.
