Beefsteak Beluga

Ingredients
4 fillets of cod (about 800 g)
flour
4 slices of dry bread was without sheet
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
60 g butter
salt
pepper
a few drops of cognac
lemon juice
Method
Fillets are cleaned from the bones and skin formed of four circular pieces 3-4 cm thick and slightly crushed. Sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice, salt and pepper and rolled in flour. Bread cut pieces with the same shape as the fish and lightly moistened with salted water flavored with cognac. Fish fry in very heated vegetable oil, until slightly browned on both sides and remove to a warm platter. In the same fat, fried plantain slices. On the couch is placed in a fillet, and on it - fried in the butter egg.
