Ingredients
15 g of yeast
200 ml milk
250 g flour
25 g butter or margarine
1 egg
pinch of salt
powdered sugar
a few drops of lemon juice
jam or cream optional

Method
Yeast dissolved in lukewarm milk. Flour, margarine, egg and a few drops of lemon juice in the bowl. During stirring, the yeast was added in a thin stream. The dough is kneaded until it is removed from the vessel walls. Then made into a ball and allowed to rise in a warm location for 30 minutes. Portions of the risen dough is 6 balls, cover with a cloth and leave to rise again for 15 minutes. Berliner fry in a large amount of heated sunflower oil. Once fried, put on kitchen paper to drain the fat. Sprinkle still hot with powdered sugar. Can be filled using a syringe with jam or cream optional.
