Ingredients
1 sour cabbage
1 kg pork
pork leg 1
200 g bacon
1 onion
250 ml white wine
fresh sausage
Method
Cut the onion and bacon and fry. The bottom of the ceramic pot put half sliced ​​cabbage, top sliced ​​meat, pork leg, onion with bacon and cabbage above the rest. Pour the wine and a little water and bake sandwiching an hour and a half. Then rank cabbage slices fresh sausage and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
