Ingredients
1 sour cabbage
1 kg pork
pork leg 1
200 g bacon
1 onion
250 ml white wine
fresh sausage
Method
Cut the onion and bacon and fry. The bottom of the ceramic pot put half sliced cabbage, top sliced meat, pork leg, onion with bacon and cabbage above the rest. Pour the wine and a little water and bake sandwiching an hour and a half. Then rank cabbage slices fresh sausage and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
