Biscuit

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (300 g) flour
200 g butter
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
5-6 tbsp jelly or jam
Method
Of flour, the chopped butter and sugar is kneaded dough, which is rolled into a thick sheet. Thereof are cut slices which are baked in a medium heated oven and then cooled, assembled in two with jelly and rolled in powdered sugar.
