Ingredients
200 g finely grated carrots
200 g of powdered sugar
100 ml sunflower oil
1 tsp baking
flour as necessary (about 500 g)

Method
Involved dough of all products and rolled sheet 1 cm thick. In a small cup cut cookies. Bake in a hot oven on a greased tray until yellowish. If cookies stay one or two days, become more delicious.
