Biscuits with chocolate and walnuts

Ingredients
2 cups sunflower oil
2 cup sugar
3/4 cup orange juice
25-30 ml cognac
150 g chocolate, broken in large pieces
1 cup chopped walnuts
the juice of 1 lemon
500 g flour
10 g baking powder
Method
Mix all products until a soft dough. Leave to rest for 15 minutes and using a spoon shape round and flat biscuits on a tray covered with baking paper. Bake at 180 C until golden. * To receive vegan biscuits, chocolate may be replaced with raisins.
