Bishkotena layered cake Gastronomy

Ingredients
4 tbsp flour
3 tbsp cocoa
1 cup sugar
1 liter milk
50-80 g butter
2 vanilla
2 tbsp rum

Method
Mix 4 tablespoons flour equal to 3 tablespoons cocoa and 1 cup sugar. Gradually pour 3 cups milk. Put the mixture on low heat and then stirring until it becomes a thick cream. Take off the cream and stir it immediately we drop the butter. After melt the butter, cream flavored with vanilla powder 2 or 2 tablespoons rum and leave to cool, stirring it often. In the bowl of cake arrange a layer of ladyfingers dipped momentarily in sweetened milk or water (fill in the gaps with crushed biscuits). Anointed them with half cream and arrange a second layer on top of biscuits. Greased cake with the remaining cream and sprinkle with coarsely chopped toasted almonds lightly with grated chocolate or cream.
