Bishop bread

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (300 g) sugar
2 cup (400 g) coarsely chopped walnuts
1 tsp (5 g) cinnamon
2 cup (400 g) flour
5 eggs
200 g candied fruit, diced or 1 cup raisins
pinch of salt
Method
Eggs are broken down with the sugar until white. Add flour, walnuts, cinnamon and salt. The mixture was stirred lightly and poured into 3 layers coated with butter tray, and between layers is distributed candied fruits, rolled into flour. Cake bake in moderate oven about 45 minutes.

I put the dough in a raising agent - bakpulner, ammonia soda?

Insert 1 tsp baking soda, after stirring the eggs and sugar. I prefer instead of 1 and 1/2 cup sugar to put 150 g. sugar and 150 g. copper. So the flavor is stronger. Fruits may be mixed into the dough. Cake is great.
