Ingredients
# For the dough:
100 g flour
100 g feta cheese Emmental, grated
a pinch of salt and red pepper
1 tbsp sour cream or yogurt
100 g butter or margarine to shreds
1 egg, slightly broken
# For the cream:
250 ml milk
25 g starch
25 g feta cheese Parmesan, shredded
50 g feta cheese Gorgonzola or Roquefort
1 yolk
250 g margarine
salt, pepper
# decoration :
grapes or olives
sticks (for masts)
2-3 rectangular slices of feta cheese Emmental

Method
