Ingredients
4 courgettes
400 g minced meat
3 carrots
2 onions
dill
parsley
cumin powder
pepper

Method
Courgettes are peeled, sectioned longitudinally into two halves with the help of spoon gouge on boats. Arrange in a greased pan with sunflower oil hole up. In a deep frying pan with fat fry chopped onions, carrots, minced meat and carved zucchini. When well choke, add the spices. With this mixture fill the boats, and what remains is placed in the tray around them. Pour water up to the middle of courgettes and less in each boat there. Bake in a moderate oven until stay fat. Serve with salad season.
