Brazilian pralines

Ingredients
150 g ground walnuts or almonds peeled
200 g of milk chocolate
100 ml ready espresso
20 ml rum
150 g of powdered sugar
Method
Nuts are roasted in a pan without oil and produces around 1/4 cup for rolling the sweets. Cut 100 g of chopped chocolate and mix with rum, coffee, powdered sugar and remaining nuts. Formed into small balls that are rolled in a mixture of the remaining 100 g of grated chocolate and mixed with kernels. Obtained about 25 candies. Stored in a refrigerator.
